位置好距离小吃街近，有专门人联系接船，每层楼大厅有空调，一家大小可以在大厅活动，早餐也挺实惠方便，房间偏小。

非常满意，早餐丰盛好吃，房间设施齐全，装修非常能保持房子原有特色，位置也非常好，在鼓浪屿也算是比较有名的老房子了。

比想象的好。上世纪三十年代的老房感觉和星级酒店不太一样。就是前台不太热情。不懂得和顾客主动打招呼。比较冷淡。作为酒店服务人员还是应该注重礼仪。
