没有一次性拖鞋，我们的房间环境不好，异味重，就像烟味加脚臭，如果不是为了方便看演唱会，不太推荐，不知道旁边的什么风尚酒店有没有好点

艺龙这个平台非常垃圾，打电话投诉服务人员说话根本听不清楚，电话难打，这样的垃圾软件谁还会用。心里不爽说句三字经马上把我电话挂了，真是垃圾服务。大家别用，会被气死。对酒店不满意，押金不让退，非常没有人性化

春节前从北京来的姨妈一家入住，帮他们预定的。环境算一般，但是不吵很安静适合老人小孩入住。换了三次房商家也都很耐心，为服务点一个赞。不过硬件还加强了，毕竟还算在市中心的位置。他们住了一周对各方面还算满意啦。

艺龙预订的豪华房却给的无窗房，明明预付，到前台先要求刷卡付全款，幸亏据理力争。阴暗潮湿，很差的体验。
