房间属于老上海风情的，楼下的那条街很有味道，交通方便，房间卫生较好，入住第一天房间升级，喜欢老爷房的阳台。

位置很好，走到中山路只用5分钟。房间很大也很有特色，孩子住在这里很开心。以后来厦门还会选择这里。

超级好！去厦门住的最好的一家，性价比很高，整个公馆就五个房间，管家姐姐很好，落下的东西都帮我保管好，东西寄存在他家，回去取行李歇了好久，还帮我们倒了水，推荐的周边小吃也棒棒的！

公馆在厦门市最早的马路——开元路上，绝对的老厦门环境，步行去中山路超级近，楼下就是海鲜大排挡一条街，厦门人都喜欢在晚上吃大排档很晚，很有市井的感觉，早上对面的老奶奶放传统的车仔戏，超级有老厦门的感觉！屋内装修很有风格韵味，就是比较暗，其他真的超级棒！
