非常不错的酒店，位置很好，楼下就是中山路步行街，对面就是鼓浪屿，到哪里都方便，到机场大巴乘车点也就5分钟路程！房间也很干净，每天都有打扫，很满意！

住厦门的酒店有一个套路。你问一般房间服务员会告诉你满房了，要加多少钱才可以订到比你问的房间好点的。我在厦门住了几家酒店发现这个套路。并且，厦门的旅游服务都很差。

酒店设施七成新，房间隔音不好，隔壁咳嗽大声说话都能听到。沐浴洗发水居然还是二合一的，还好意思标榜自己是四星级标准。房间通风不好，走进去闷闷的，只能把中央空调24小时开着。第二晚加了200元升级为景观大床房，带个阳台可以看到部分海景，都被前面的鹭江宾馆挡了。房间卫生堪忧，地面桌面一层灰，要求换床单被罩服务人员也是叽叽歪歪的。晚上睡觉了才发现中央空调是坏的，打电话到前台居然让我开着落地窗睡觉，外面的阳台是联排的，其它房间的人可以翻过栅栏，带着小孩怎么放心！总之这间酒店入住体验很不好，工作人员服务意识也很差，不会再有下次，真不知道这么多好评怎么来的！唯一的优点就是离中山路步行街很近，逛街方便。

酒店位置好，也卫生干净，装修大气，就是服务有一些差距，前台的员工还不了解酒店的流程，真是有待培训。
