五个人住了一间家庭套房和一间双人间。家庭套房的浴盆有异物，没有清洗干净。服务原本想给满分去的时候前台接待的小姐姐和保安小哥哥服务不错，最赞的是给我们当导游的大叔，大叔人超级超级棒！特别给力，帮我们拍合照、带我们去吃好吃的、绕小路去景点…总之超级棒！服务分扣一颗星给一个阿姨🙂早餐的红茶少了两杯 催了两次迟迟不给我们准备，临走的时候说 红茶特别烫 问我们还要不要🙂最后在保安的劝说下给了一瓶农夫山泉。总之鼓浪屿住宿性价比很低，不推荐在鼓浪屿住宿。

第一天入住永顺科林斯店服务人员热情，早歺虽简单但可口。由于第二天停电把我们转入永顺英领馆店，入住当天还算可以，6月1日准备离开时非常不愉快，由于想买点土特产觉得可能要耽误一会，但前台男当班员先是口气强硬说十二点之前必须离开，怎么说都不行。业务水平差，开发票两次都错了，还说我们事多。做为服务行业，这样对待自己客人我也是服了，下次不会了。

房间挺大，位置稍微偏了点儿，但是挺好，我们住的双家庭房，晚上挺安静，快一百年的老房子了，卫生不错。

酒店房间都非常棒啊。不知道为什么没有人预定，今晚整栋楼就我们一间房有人住。装修风格非常喜欢。岛上太多酒店民宿快餐式装修风格并不喜欢，这里非常复古
