去厦门旅游，因走错路就近搜到这家酒店，环境可以，房间很大！但是态度太差，不是一般的差！我们带着两个小孩，晚上十一点钟才到达酒店，两个都睡着了！我去前台办理入住，跟前台说，两个小孩睡着了，能不能帮忙拿下行李，前台叫保安去帮忙，保安居然说，我从来没有搬过行李的！我们只好自己搬，行李车也没有！第二天早餐，两个小孩还在睡觉，我们一个抱着，一个用BB车推着去吃早餐，我们吃到最后也到九点半收档了，因为两个小孩一点都没有吃，我就想把剩下在盘子里的包子打包，结果饭堂阿姨马上过来说，不可以打包，老板从监控看到会骂我们的。我说，两个小孩都没有吃，睡醒时吃什么？阿姨才不理我们！整个早餐过程有保安，全程盯着，生怕你打包！试问，我盘子里的剩余包子你难道还要收回去给别人吃？还是宁愿扔了也不给我打包给宝宝吃！而且早餐已经结束了，难忘你要将今早剩余的早餐继续留给明天的客人吃吗？太没人性化了！我们在武夷山某酒店吃早餐时，那阿姨见我们走时主动叫我们打包些给小孩吃，说路上可以给小孩吃，反正最后都是拿给员工吃的！相比之下，厦门人并不是那么友好！最不愉快的一次入住！希望酒店老板看到能好好改正！！！
