简直是没有人性的酒店，从7号入住到13号，今天14号周末，我们还没退房就把房间给别的客人，还说要继续住可以不过要加钱，房间设施又不好，东西都很旧，卫生也搞的不好，要不是因为在医院有事，才不会在这家酒店住这么久！！！服务态度还不好，前台的人上夜班在敷面膜，玩游戏。我还真没见过这样的前台，沟通态度还不好，好像要我们求着她给我们房住，住这么多家酒店从没受过这样的服务！差到爆

垃圾酒店，时间还没到就给别人订了，没问人家续不续房，卫生条件差，浴巾破烂了，还拿给客人用，地毯及脏胜比马路。
