前台服务态度恶劣，已经和前台说明了要续住，前台也表明可以，但是却没有做好预定工作，时隔一个多小时了才致电要求我们退房，这是酒店人员的失职，致电过来不仅没有丝毫抱歉的意思，态度还十分恶劣，还一直与我争辩第一次来电时和我说过已经满房了，一直强调有说过，如果通话有录音，可以点开录音听听，我们也不是第一次住智尚，只要来厦门我都是住这里，一住也都是住好几天，就是因为之前感觉这家酒店还不错，但是这次让人很失望，以后会考虑要不要继续住，如果店家觉得少一个半个客户的话，那我也无话可说。

智尚酒店靠近厦门火车站，距车站步行15分钟左右，骑单车10分钟以内，推荐乘坐早班火车的朋友选择。与其他商务快捷酒店相比，房间略宽敞些，特别是酒店周边小吃，超市都很方便，和曾厝垵和中山路比起来，价格亲民。

离公交站和地铁站都蛮近、出行很方便。选的房间有点小、不过也还算整洁。就是空调的制冷实在是太慢了、大热天开最低温等了一小时才降到26度.. 然后水管也老化了、洗手池水多开一会就开始漏水..
