网上订的，因为高速路上堵车，打电话让老板给我们把订好的房间留住，电话里面答应的好好的。结果等我们晚上到的时候给老板打电话问客栈地址，确高速我们没有房间了，而且态度很差，直接说没有然后就给我们把电话挂了，一路抱歉都没有。结果害的我们5个人带着一个小孩大晚上10点多还在外面到处问有没有房间，我真是无语，第一次遇到这样的老板。房间没给我们留，竟然都不打电话通知我们一声，简直太过分了。

在古城边，卫生间换气坏了，灯暖开关坏了半夜灯忽亮忽暗吓死人，爬起来弄好几次，还有电视网络不给力

客房装修很漂亮，配置物品不错，像洗发水和沐浴露都是进口的噢，用的很不错。雪季入住，房间很温暖。老板很热情，可以了解到很多难得的游玩建议。
