晚上11点左右本人开始洗澡，热水温度很低（非冷水），本以为会逐渐变热，洗了一会水温仍无变化，联系前台，答复为热水管破裂，只有冷水了，撒谎也不打草稿，热水管破裂也应该是全为冷水入户，怎么会是温水呢？？应该是是烧水的锅炉停止运行，储存的热水已用完了吧（我老婆十点左右洗的还有热水），好巧啊正好热水管破裂，呵呵。最后多次要求还是一藏族前台叫厨房烧了一桶水送过来。给句忠告，天气冷，锅炉水要烧够，骗人不好。

酒店外观有点陈旧，但走进之后别有洞天。环境卫生还不错，大厅就有超市，唯一不足周围没有餐厅，只有小饭馆，家常菜将就一下了。电视，WF还可以。
