服务态度还是挺好的，前台的工作人员都很热情。去前看了一些点评略有担心，实际体验后还是不错的，房间大概是整个悦榕庄观景位置最好的一排。但是一些细节确实有待提高，进屋的时候房间的空调是开的冷风模式，另一个空调是坏的，说稍后让工程部看下，结果没人来也就不了了之，点了room service，送来少了米饭和配菜，睡前关窗，发现有的窗子坏掉关不上。总体来讲硬件需要加强维护。

香格里拉就那家最好了，我们自驾游的，开车方便一点，不然坐车都不知道怎么去，服务很好，每个服务生都洋溢着笑容，房也很别具风格，卫生很干净，总体来说真的不错，房间特别大

去年住过一次。感觉非常好。特别是因为工作原因，需要在6点早起，酒店团队非常专业的提供了早餐服务。希望以后到迪庆继续入住。

虽然季节不对，依然喜欢，很适合放松的假期。房间很大，五个空调入住时都提前打开了，不冷，装修略老但没关系。每天点的精油很好闻，员工都很nice。火锅不错，单点的菜有些一般，早餐不错。房间里配了简单的茶具，很好，如果有胶囊咖啡机就好了。小藏獒兰卡快点长大吧！

从大理开车过去的*去酒店的路上修路*还在想这酒店不会很破烂吧*路都很泥泞！结果总是出人意料*一片美景*一个人间仙境*太爱这里了！
