酒店工作人员都非常热情友善，给人感觉非常好！酒店也比较整洁干净，就是因为春节期间气候比较冷，我们订的三间房，其中有两间的地暖都不好，一晚上都很冷。其他都很满意

酒店非常棒！紧邻苍山，窗户望出去，就看见苍山洱海，去景区也是非常方便。酒店服务也非常热情到位，设施设备都比较新，很好的住宿体验。

感谢贴心的服务 早餐都送到房间里 因为带着宝宝还免费升级到套房 都有地暖 每个房间都有无线 藏式酒店 只是香格里拉好冷啊
