这次是和太太一起去的香格里拉旅行。
高山别装的别墅套房还是不错的 因为每天都有柴火可以免费烧 但是第二天下雪了 服务员也不知道把雪擦干再把柴火拿过来。差一点没有点着。
总体服务有四星级酒店的水准 但是和国际五星确实还有差距。例如 餐部总监不应在有客人的时候当场训话 而且持续时间很长 很恼人。另外，和他聊界入驻大陆他也不知道。
景色却还不错 服务的司机老实 准点到。

酒店位置太好了，在房间凉台看纳帕海好棒，早餐好！早餐品种还可以，酒店自己有停车场免费停车，去石卡雪山开车大约20分钟
