酒店老板及服务实在太好了！酒店很有特色，家人到了后高原反应，服务店员非常热心！各种要求都很好的满足，早餐也非常好吃！位置也特别好，就在古城边，非常安静，走几步路就可以逛古城了！绝对推荐！非托！

很棒的一家酒店 在古城边上 附近可以停车 早餐很好吃 老板态度很好 服务到位 会帮忙提行李 一到酒店会给姜茶 晚上会送银耳汤 会帮忙接送机

酒店非常漂亮，工作人员友善很乐于助人。早班机抵达香格里拉，大清早给旅店打电话，非常及时的安排了接机服务。老板和员工都非常nice，中间有高原反应不舒服，老板还帮我把吸氧机搬到房间里让我吸氧。入住退住都帮着我们拎箱子，生怕我们剧烈活动有高原反应。以及酒店的早餐也很棒，鸡汤米线很好吃！

客棧的小姐姐們特別好，剛到古城就出來接我們了。而且我有點高反，很貼心的準備了葡萄糖跟頭痛藥給，還把早餐送上來，太貼心。介紹的餐廳都很好吃。一次很高興的住宿體驗????

房間裝潢很有特色，很大
暖氣和熱水都很好，即使在冬季亦沒有問題
入住登記會有薑茶，晚上有銀耳羮，味道亦很好
早餐亦很合得來，完全不油膩
