首先酒店位置还行，周边很多吃饭的地方；房间设施、卫生较差，尤其是洗手间的地板和墙角，花洒出水小，地漏下水慢，容易积水且不易排干，面盆龙头水花乱溅，等等；房间隔音差，早上先睡懒觉几乎是不可能的了，几乎每天前台/大堂都会很热闹！刚到入住查不到订单结果没大床房了给我换了个套间，说第二天有房了再给我换回来，因为懒得搬东西自己换了双床；人还在酒店就被携程短信告知已提前离店；早餐不给券，差点不让吃（早餐点有点绕/远）…

酒店地理位置很好，晚上睡觉比较安静。室内设施比较旧，卫生一般，服务差，什么事前台是一问三不知，入住的有一天停电，天快黑了问总台怎么办？回答是沒办法。我说酒店应该有应对的办法。一中年女性，据说是酒店的营销经理让我有意见去找迪庆州委，还说香格里拉就这样。

三星级标准 水够热 但是没送矿泉水 电视是网络电视 晚上看的人多 半天缓冲不起 卡得要死 ，受网线限制 电脑和电视只能选择其一。还有，没空调 是致命伤。
