这家酒店，环境可以，但是如果你东西落在客房，退房后过几个小时回去找，酒店就会说不见，我的东西落在客房，早上退房后去外面玩，玩过后到下午4点想起来给酒店打电话，酒店说找到了叫我去拿，等到了酒店后说没有找到，并且这个房间并没有开出去，所以酒店应该加强员工对于住客私人财产的上交程序培训，这样的服务态度真是让人无语，要来玩的朋友，如果东西遗忘不要指望其酒店主动联系你拿回你的失物
