住宿环境很好，床垫是自动加热的，但是房间內没有暖气，想不通为什么床垫比暖气方便，睡觉舒服，但是难道没有其他活动的必要了？

客房的小花洒是坏的，只能用大花洒洗澡，房间只有五个衣架，让客服送衣架居然说没有，酒店内一次性用品更换不及时，饮用水和浴帽都不补充。
