新开的酒店，设施很新，感觉不错，就是门口的路不好，破破烂烂的，远远看像黑店，晚上开过去吓人

优点是：酒店离客运站很近，交通方便。离香巴拉大道还有大约200米的距离，所以不会很吵。自助早餐还可以，房间设施也很好，不论是餐厅还是前台的服务员都很热情，对待客人也非常真诚。缺点就是：楼道里的灯光太暗；餐厅的正餐不太好，不像四星的标准；客房服务员在早上查房的时候声音非常大，她在楼道里说话可以把在房间里面的我吵醒，而且在我还没有退房的时候就自己刷卡进来说要查房。

酒店总体感觉基本还可以，热情、整洁、房间大而舒适。
但是也有很多不足之处：1、大门口正在施工，又乱又脏！2、4星级的酒店就要有4星级的细节管理；3、服务人员很热情，但是工作中也热情过头，经常大声喧哗，与酒店星级不符！4、房间隔音稍差，关上门还可以听到走廊里传来的声音！5、白天不开走廊里的灯，黑漆漆的，这样省电那有4星级的样子！
以上不足，望改之！
其他方面还是不错，只要改了，以后再来还是会继续住这里！

硬件设施还不错，早餐也可，位置有点偏僻，酒店外的路很差，房间和走廊有藏文化布置 ，不太习惯！
