冬季较冷，说了没有空调有地热，门口还写着什么进口地热，在夜间零下十多度的香格里拉，晚上根本住不了人，鼻头和脸蛋都冻红了，坚持了一晚上，凌晨6点天不亮就给前台叫起来了，赶紧上车走了，至少车上有空调。。。

这家一定要推荐给大家，单说服务非常非常好，很有耐心。酒店的整体环境很好，房间有地暖，非常暖和。有种回家的感觉。床上用品非常干净。

装修比较新，入住时床单被套都有更换。干净，还带早餐，不说有多丰盛，但是吃饱还是没问题的。地理位置不错，走路到古城10多分钟。

酒店位置较好，设施比较新。洗澡间还配了灯暖，比较贴心。周围环境比较安静，适合休息。服务质量一般，也许应该多提高。如果有机会会再次入住。
