因无暇更换酒店网上再续住一日，早餐后已当面告知前台已续住，但当日下午回到房间门卡已不能使用，原来内部沟通不够将此事遗忘；晚间走廊里出现尖锐的蜂鸣声，马上要求前台安排人员处理，半小时后仍未有人处理，再次联系前台，竟然还要问发生了什么事？
