酒店是我所见最有温度和情怀的，每个工作人员都热情有礼轻言细语。昨晚我们房的热水器坏了我们用冷得很的水洗澡我们也不介意，只是提醒他们在下一位客人来之前修好。经理得知后马上说给孩子送一份她最爱的青稞饼路上吃。这里真的是可以让人更温柔更友善

我是松赞的粉丝，这次是带着闺蜜特意来体验松赞品牌的精品服务。无论在松赞绿谷还是松赞林卡，都感受到温暖的体贴入微，餐食美味价格合理，一进房间发现早已开好了暖气，还配置了青稞曲奇和热乎乎的姜茶，非常棒的服务！每次都很满意，但为了松赞品牌的提升，这次要提几个建议：1、洗手间很贴心配置了壁挂式电暖器，请提醒服务员做完卫生后注意随手关门，因为木门打开后正好靠在电暖气上，回来后发现门背后都烤热了，要避免安全隐患。2、洗手间没有挂衣服的挂杆，只能把换洗衣物放在浴缸边缘，请设法改进。3、建议沙发旁边和床头增设有USB接口的充电插座，便于客人方便给手机、IPAD等充电，不需要再携带多个充电插座。4、建议床头改进房间灯一键开启关闭，要跑到房间各个位置关灯是比较折磨人的。5、本来想把建议写下来放在信封里，无奈便签本配的圆珠笔好像没墨了，跟它斗争了好久终于放弃，还是写在评论里吧。希望下次到林芝和拉萨的松赞体验新店，优点不必说，缺点坦诚说，一切都是希望松赞日益优秀
