定了两间房高级单人房和豪华双人房，房间都有点拥挤，总体感觉更像是经济型快捷酒店。由于高级单人房与订单不符严重不符，让酒店前台人员看了订单，前台人员觉得同程上描述信息不符合实情。艺龙男客服打来电话态度还是可以的，也就随她们算了，出来旅行也不想找事。后艺龙女客服又来电话问，也不想再一遍遍从头到尾说了，太累，就只说了房间面积明显订单中写的，客服解释说过道，卫生间都算在内，我说已经算上了，客服又说还有公摊面积。我真心醉了，酒店客房大小还有公摊面积，还有房型也不是描述中的那种方正的。
