这是第二次入住，相比第一次感觉落差较大，周末突然降温，晚上酒店房间温度出奇冷，空调怎么开都不见房间温度上去，打电话给客房服务问房间空调怎么回事是不是坏了，告知我空调保养不提供制热，说是电视柜下面有备用被子可以拿出来先用，我照做了，结果睡着还是冷，再次致电客房服务，需要加一床被子，却告知我再加被子需要加钱？听到这话顿时无名火起！立马反问电话那头的客服:加被子是我愿意加的？你们空调坏了不能用我没问你要退房费，你还好意思问我要收被子钱？然后客服很不情愿的说给我送来！这就是所谓的五星级酒店的服务？果断差评！
