一个字，就是破。墙皮部分脱落，空调口滴水，卫生条件看差，就是地理位置还不错，在象山港大道边上。建议酒店内部抓紧改建，象山酒店本身就不多。

入住第一感觉，价格偏高，达不到三星标准，座机坏的，叫了服务员修不好，没有任何歉意，就说明早再修。一直到客人提出退房，才勉强给予换房。早餐一般。
