非常不满意，酒店房间无线信号奇差，打电话到前台希望借个便携路由，前台说不提供，又退而希望网管能处理一下，前台说没有网管。最后甩了一句，你凑合吧我也没办法，这叫什么服务态度！晚上在一层大厅还看到老鼠在地上跑，非常差的一次住宿体验
