酒店旁边有步行街很方便吃饭和看电影，离韶山景区不远。但下午五点多办理入住时，酒店没有热水，前台没有提前告知。直到晚上想洗澡时才得知整栋酒店都是没热水，被告知晚上十一点或者得到隔天早上才有热水。气得我呀，尽管说支持退房但那时候也八点多九点了。第一次住到没热水的酒店，虽然知道师傅修理不易也需要时间，但就是无语前台不在办理入住时提前告知情况。

晚上10点多到达，外面停车已满转了一圈，没人引导问了大厅门口人才开到地下，2，地下卫生差动，灰尘多厚，电梯门口都是灰，还有散装水泥和尘土的味道；3，进了房间味道难闻空气污浊赶快开抽风机；4，11点洗澡就没热水，第二天早上头没洗完就又变成凉水；5，空调晚上最高拉到19℃，到8点多才到20℃；6，床和枕头也不舒服透气性不好；7，隔音太差，隔壁1点还没睡声音听得一清二楚；可以说一晚上没休息好，冰火两重天。586元的房间还不如300多住的，不注重细节，总台敷衍了事。差评差评

房间大，卫生干净，服务员热情，感觉非常不错。这个酒店位置很好，去景区很近，吃饭购物都非常方便。床铺睡起来非常舒服，而且洗澡水热度和水压很棒，非常好的一次旅程！值得推荐！前台小姐姐还给我送了一份早餐，几十个品种真好吃??挺有特色的，
