故里居是很温馨的酒店。因为某些原因订错了房间，打电话给酒店要求更换房间，但是我们需要的房型已经售完了。接电话的小姐姐说：去申请给我们免费升级入住其他房型，对于一个外地出差的人来说，这么大冷的天。心里暖烘烘的。刚刚到达酒店不久，客服小姐姐（陈灿）到房间进行了拜访，还送了新鲜的水果。主动给我介绍酒店优惠项目及酒店设备设施以及附近的商场、景点和还有近期天气，为酒店优质的服务点赞！房间干净卫生，停车很方便，总之是一次愉快的入住体验，下次出差还选择故里居！

很好的宾馆，坐落在我叔叔工作过很长时间的城市（现在叔叔到上海居住了）。所以对湘潭这个地方有一些特别的好感，这个宾馆的感觉更不错。大堂门口还有专门的礼仪迎宾，真是太客气了。（酒店正门、边上岗亭、地下停车场的保安都很尽责、热情）
