这次的酒店感觉很不好。一进房间，地上好多垃圾没有清理，想喝点热水，烧水壶脏的要死，自己拿到卫生间去洗的，洗了好几道才洗干净，想洗个澡，莲蓬头是坏的，上个厕所，连卫生纸都没有，简直是坑人的酒店，最起码的卫生都搞不清楚，👎 👎 👎

网上搜索到热心大姐服务特别好，特意过来体验一下。的确是服务特别好的一家酒店，有热心大姐李俐姣亲切的笑容，热情的问候。亲人一样周到的服务。让我感觉特别特别温暖！名副其实的热心大姐。以后来湘潭都会入住华天酒店。停车也很方便，有24小时保安巡逻免费停车。推荐入住！

酒店位于市中心，对面就是歩步高及湘潭中心购物广场及步行街，购物吃喝玩乐都很方便。酒店前台服务也很好，特别是热心大姐李俐姣，进门就微笑着迎接到开完房送至房间，并介绍酒店设施设备，很亲切！很温暖！有宾至如归的感觉！房间也很不错，设施设备齐全。早餐品种繁多。有免费停车场。很方便。强烈推荐入住。
