服务非常好！热情，礼貌。早餐也不错，比较丰富！客房服务细心，看到我们带着消炎药知道身体不舒服，特意留言慰问并赠送板蓝根冲剂，内心满满的温暖啊！不足之处就是通风系统与厨房的排烟系统连上了，餐厅一做饭，房间里就是油烟的味道！总得来说非常好的酒店，下次还会预订的！

酒店硬件确实不错，床很舒服。但是窗外一列列经过的火车确实噪音太大了。半夜十二点还可以听到楼下KTV的鬼哭狼嚎，确实让我无奈了。另外，卫生间里居然有一只蛐蛐，真不知道它是怎么上楼的。总体来说。酒店硬件不错，但是服务意识和效率确实有待提高，一些小的细节更是应该关注。
