晚上抵达酒店的前台接待很热情，服务态度很好。第二天退房的前台态度特别恶劣，一副架势不知道是从哪里训练出来的，希望酒店自己培训一下前台接待的礼仪，这么好的酒店，这么差的前台，实在不匹配。
