快倒闭了真的。前台态度超差，房间无法送餐因为店内无餐厅，早餐要领券入住时也不告知而且早餐几乎等于没有，总体来说，服务态度差，设施欠缺，不会再住第二次也不会推荐给同事。

前台业务不熟练，办理入住时，连那间房间有人，那个房间没人都分不清楚，再说说优缺点吧，
优点:1.房间设施不错，也够大。2.酒店早餐虽然跟其他五星酒店品种比不了，但是中式早餐，味道还是不错的。
缺点:1.最最最受不了的就是卫生问题，房间里面好多地方都是各种灰尘，包括查询，茶水台，连抽纸抽出来都是一堆灰尘，也不知道卫生是怎么做的，2.房间设了书桌，但是没有放跟书桌匹配的椅子，你是想让客人站着办公吗？3.毛斤和浴巾都脱线了，而且还看着灰不拉了的，也该换换了吧。4，电梯等候处，空间比较狭窄，有点压抑。5.不爽之处还有，入住当天两点左右去餐厅吃饭，由于时间较晚了，客人很少，结果一堆大姐服务员时不时跑来桌边翻翻这翻翻那的，能不能客人就餐时，没有招呼你，你就别过去了，毕竟我只想安静吃个饭而已
总体来说，考虑到价格原因，只能说这个酒店，性价比一般而已，也可能是因为城市原因吧
