维也纳是出游常选择的酒店。本次入住的湘潭中心店环境非常好，位于湘潭中心大厦楼内，楼层高视野好，店内硬件也是高大上。室内设施完备，插座位置多，提供各种接口的充电器，床垫舒适，床品整洁，热水通畅。有免费地下停车场。前台服务热情周到。不足之处是软件服务尚待提高，房间里有烟味，服务员不耐烦，说没人抽烟，哪儿来的烟味？只是喷点空气清新剂，不解决问题，而且混合味儿更令人难受。希望维也纳越办越好。

停车场是商城共用的，目前免费，有停车场对于自驾游非常重要，前台统一标准化的服务中规中矩，床，品干净卫生是维也纳的特点， 这个酒店的床偏小。床头有充电插座和数据线这是我的最爱，房间面积够大及卫生间够大这是二线城市的特点，洗澡水量大非常舒适。楼下不远有夜市一条街。
