出乎意料的好，各方面都不错，酒店整体设计风格很有特色，映衬古城风貌！夜景流光溢彩，一层庭院闹中取静！值得称赞的就是终于电吹风不放在袋子里了，取用方便，众多细节体现酒店的服务用心！非常非常值得推荐！

这次是为了体验襄阳洲际选择来襄阳过周末，整体还是不错的，房间里有小院子，如果是春秋来入住的话可以在院子里坐着喝茶聊天，冬天太冷了只能在房间里看看外面。早餐比较丰富，牛肉麪对我这个外地人来説还挺好吃的。工作人员态度也很好，路过都会笑着打招呼。
但有三点不是很满意的地方，一是房间通风不太好，空调开足的话会很闷，可以打开小院子的门通风但冷风会灌进来。二是床和枕头都比较软没有支撑，枕头可以联系前台换，但床对于腰不好的人来説睡起来有点难受。三是个人原因，不是很喜欢Byredo白色浪漫的味道，希望洲际可以提供别的味道备选。

酒店新开不久，房间乾净舒适，园林式的酒店环境，餐厅附近的旋转楼梯挺适合拍照打卡的，早餐也挺有特色，氛围也很好。酒店员工服务也不错如Rosy、 Faye 、Ivy，尤其lvy,提前一天加我微信，还为我免费申请了一瓶饮品，很感动。退房的时候还送了我一份伴手礼（见最后一张照片）。

公区装修优雅考究，酒廊很有设计感，房间面积较大，可以拉滑轨门隔开洗漱区，窗外是园林风设计的小庭院，服务人员都亲切友好，尤其是Cherry和rosy帮忙解决了很多疑问，还有Zoey和Lucas热心帮忙办理退房，下次还会来????

很愉快的一次襄阳之行，洲际酒店更是给我们留下了美好的记忆。酒店地理位置很优越，在古城外西南角，距离襄阳东站打车二十分钟左右，到古城、古隆中及唐城都很方便。酒店是中式园林风格，庭院很漂亮，房间宽敞、乾净整洁，附带的小院子别具一格，房间里有咖啡机，有多种口味的免费胶囊咖啡，味道不错。早餐很丰富，还有襄阳特产——红糖锅盔。恒温泳池很乾净，还有汗蒸房。从入住到退房，服务无微不至，特别点赞前台施艺璇小姐，退房时还送了我们一人一份小礼物。下次到襄阳，还会选择住襄阳洲际酒店。

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

Hotel is very new and room size is good,swimming pool and gym are good,unfortunately the pool starts only at 9am. Breakfast was fantastic,good varieties of choices of food.
