这个酒店的整体服务都还不错，热情有礼貌，不论是前厅大堂，还是餐饮客房，卫生干净勤快，天河大酒店是县级市为数不多的优秀酒店！

酒店位置很好，就在汉江边上，房间窗子望出去是一线江景，下楼过马路是刚改造好的江岸休闲走廊。前院有大型停车场，停车方便。酒店比较新，设计还行，管理就明显小地方特色，比如电梯口贴着土气的广告，房间茶包、肥皂等是收费的且无标示，服务员未脱农民气言行举止不够规范等，尤其早餐实在简陋，总的感觉是软件跟不上硬件。
