酒店前台及营销经理业务不熟。以前网上订的到酒店经理说以后让来酒店订，价格一样，还送早餐。这次提前打电话，前台和营销经理都说没有215的价格，都是258，结果我在网上订了215的价格，到酒店想换个单间，说了半天都不行。其实住的人也不多，房间基本上都一样，就是少了个床，第一次遇到这样的酒店服务员，让请示经理，经理也不让换。最后送早餐不让给差评。让人特别不舒服，高兴而来，生气而归。这个酒店不能住。
