酒店设施一般。襄阳气温下降，白天酒店没开空调有点冷。跟服务员要2瓶免费矿泉水，却说要收费，这是第一次听说免矿水要收费，现在很多酒店对于客人要水都没有收费，这是第一次听说要收费的。晚上洗澡时水温不稳定，前台通知中班服务员到房间看看，服务员只是打电话上来问问，通知工程部，却没有任何结果，水温依旧如此。打电话房务中心接了电话又给挂了，服务意识不强。早餐品种丰富，吃的很开心。

酒店设施稍微有点陈旧。
入住送了洗浴券，洗浴设施挺好的还有免费的泳池和汗蒸房，但是按摩需要额外收费。
房间的电视可以看很多比较新的电影，整体还是比较满意的～

酒店员工服务很好 尤其一楼大厅的阿姨还帮我逗娃brbr只是我们住的8035房间 热水特别难放出来br放了半个来小时才出热水 打电话客房部让我们就一直这么放直到热水出来 LG说太浪费水了brbr我担心的不是浪费水 是奶娃一直在那哇哇哭吵着要洗澡 就是放不出热水 我也是很醉br以为定个环境好点的酒店 没有想到碰上浙一茬
