非常满意的酒店。前台服务人员非常的热情周到，还专门给我们送的水果，特别是服务专员小谢还亲自送我们上楼，并且给予旅游方面的指导。做到有问必答。我们是来旅游的，给了我们很多有益的指导。非常感谢，下次来一定还住这里。房间宽敞整洁，床褥非常的舒服。强烈推荐。楼下的餐厅早餐非常的丰富，牛肉面好吃。楼下的名人餐厅，我们每餐必吃。

清明小长假自驾来襄阳玩，入住贵酒店，我一般很少评价酒店，但名人酒店心须认真点评一下！酒店有大型停车场，自驾游很方便。酒店卫生，干净，一进门就有服务员引导，解释，服务态度是真的好。还送小孩拖鞋和牙刷，牙膏，这点真得很贴心。退房时走的急，把睡衣落在了房间，前台美女服务员亲自给我们拿了下来。更感动的还在后面，在酒店吃过早饭后，大女儿把自己的小包和手机拾落在了名人食府，饭店的服务员苗女士捡到后，主动联系我们，把东西邮寄了回来！在此，除了感谢还是感谢！必须五星好评！

服务态度超级好，可能是因为经常接待政府人员？不管是前台还是服务管家态度和效率都超级高超级好，还给我送到电梯，开发票还给我倒水，反正算是无微不至了，送了水果，酒店的洗漱用品也很不错，洗发水虽然不是什么大牌，但是比一般酒店好太多，还写了小卡片，酒店也很安静，虽然稍显老式，早餐也不错，下次还来住这，有点算这个价位的意外惊喜了
