在艺龙上定好了大床房也确认了，到店后前台说没收到传真。我将订单给她看，她说你这个价格只能住标间。我问她为什么，我定的是大床。她坚持这个价格只能住标间。后来我给艺龙客服打电话客服，客服给前台打过去确认才顺利入住。在艺龙上定了这么多次酒店，这是最不愉快的一次。我用什么价格定什么样的房间不是你一个前台说了算的。真的希望酒店提升员工素质培训。是来消费，不是来受气的。酒店那么多不一定只有你这一家能住。

在古城中，订的优惠房，很合算，房间蛮大的，服务正规。虽无早餐，但在古城中很多早餐店，去古城墙、昭明台等很方便，直接走过去。穿过一条马路就是全国绝无仅有的绿影壁。
