整体很不错，只是刚入住是给我安排的房间已经有人入住了。还好对方是个男的，人家没有介意。第二天的值班经理不错，道了歉，给安排了免费早餐。希望这种小插曲不要再出现了！

前台人员服务态度很好，早餐也很丰盛，味道呢，一般般，牛肉面还不错。位置也挺好的，主要是去看演唱会，正好就在酒店旁边的体育馆里，步行5分钟，很方便的。楼下步行街，吃饭都很方便。行政酒廊东西太少了…因为我就是冲着行政酒廊才定的行政楼层的房间，结果有点小失望…希望会越来越好。

带孩子出行，提前预订了婴儿床；到店很晚了，入住后，才给安装，配的被子是一条破旧的毯子，这点不太满意；另外预定的双早，不知为何系统显示单早，确认了很久。位置还不错，对面是诸葛亮广场，旁边是商场和电影院；早餐自助比其他城市的holiday inn还是要社保很多；服务人员很热情，积极帮我们把行李拿到房间；健身器材很新，人比较少，可以痛快地使用器械。
