酒店客房比较宽松，卫生干净整洁，服务人员的服务态度很好，能急住客之所急，例如天气太冷，被子不够暖，将问题反映给前台，前台的服务小姐非常乐意帮忙加多了一张空调被，解决了睡觉的温暖问题，谢谢她们，为她们点个赞！

酒店所处的地理位置优越，离襄阳火车站不是很远;酒店客房比较宽敞，卫生工作搞得很好;服务人员服务态度很好，来到了这家酒店，就好像有了回到家的感觉。

还行吧。去东站不方便，要打的。从东站来还是方便，可以乘23路公交到新华中路下，去火车站有公交车。离景区不近也不远。服务态度还行。
