因为之前在凤凰玩，一天到家太赶了，就选了个折中的地方住下了，然后定了这间酒店，我们是过年初三就出来玩了，然后到今天初八，经历了武汉，长沙，凤凰，住了四五个酒店，只有这家酒店的早餐最好吃，然后环境也最好，到酒店时，看到带的有小朋友，前台小姐姐，还主动送上了孩子用的拖鞋跟洗漱用具，还有一个画本，真是很贴心，然后酒店也有停车场，入住还送的有欢迎水果跟饮料呢。顺便提一下，早餐的牛肉面确实很好吃??

给客户订的房间，结果入住的时候出现了问题，酒店前台服务差，给前台打过很多个电话都没解决，给官网打了电话才把问题解决清楚，客户很不高兴，从来没在网上给过差评这是第一次，真的非常生气。前台是干嘛的不会说话吗？
