  还可以，离鼓楼还是蛮近的，就是吵了点。隔音一般。楼层偏低。

  地段好，挺好找的，楼下巷子里有小笼包、牛肉面和豆腐面，出门坐公交和打车也都很方便，只是过了中午十二点门卡就失效了要重新激活很不方便
