1.入住当晚热水温度很低，热水冲手都感觉冷，服务员说是因为婚宴洗碗用了太多热水。说等晚上十点半就有热水，结果还是没有。一直等到半夜里才有热水。我带父母入住，原想让他们好好洗次澡，无法实现。冬天入住，没有热水，这是什么酒店？
2.其他小问题：房卡无法取电，等服务员送来替代卡取电；淋浴喷头堵塞，喷水很小，等工程部来人维修了才可；热水管子开始放出的水都是泥浆，据说是刚维修的原因。
