酒店在景区内，到景区非常方便，还提供优惠券，可买低价门票。房间干净卫生，宽敞明亮，就是1~3楼有电梯，4楼反到没有电梯了，还要绕行一大圈，对于老人很不方便。该店餐饮很好，虽在景区，价位并不太高，且口味很好。

非常失望，酒店外观非常漂亮，但我入住的房间非常小，而且墙壁都发霉，气味难受，隔音是我住过的最差的一家，酒店唯一优势就是坐落在景区北门以及酒店可以出具神仙居购票优惠凭证。

湿气有点大，就是住在隔壁的素质太差了，半夜三更豪无顾忌的大声讲话，还要随便乱敲房门，打电话到总台，居然说上面没人😓

这是我住过的最差的酒店没有之一！本以为景区门口的酒店比较有特色，不曾想酒店设施、卫生等情况都很不好，走进房间就有一股发霉的味道，淋浴喷头是坏的，浴缸里肉眼就能看到斑驳，房间桌凳子上有明显灰层，冰箱柜子的门把手也是坏的。早上八点去餐厅用早餐已经没什么菜品了，当然可能本身就没几个品种，客人吃完的品种也没有服务员去添加。由于在景区吃饭不便，住酒店当晚的晚餐我们也在餐厅点餐了，服务员连饮料的品种都能介绍错。前台的工作人员接待时态度冷淡，一问三不知，也不主动告知住客住宿享有景区门票优惠。总之不推荐这家酒店。
