去了从晚上到第二天上午十一点退房一直没热水…前台也没通知。打电话给前台，前台说找人看看就没下文了。本来定了两天的。第二天果断退房。

酒店新开的，换了二次房间，依然没有热水，空调系统也是个问题，好在经理人不错，装修也还可以，下次应该不会在选择这家了
