三层楼没有电梯，商用楼相当于六楼，洗脸盆下水管坏了，阳台地面都是油污，跟服务员说了，用拖把简单拖一下，连垃圾也没有收掉，电压非常不稳定，第一天手机充电电池应该被打坏了，温度在七十度以上烫手，晚上安静，外面有些荒凉天黑了最好不要出去，安全感不好。早餐单调，餐厅服务还行，总结一下就是一个北京的投资商加盟华美达，不规范，洗漱用品非常好差，感觉除了烟缸和网线插座是华美达采购其他都是随便搞搞，洗发水肥皂有强烈招待所的味道，网络慢只能看看股票，网页打开可以喝口水，看视频可以配合做眼保健操一起，呵呵。服务员培训可能是现在的就业问题，不专业而且个人卫生不行，就到这里，休息休息
