环境好，服务好，适合带老人、小孩泡温泉入住，温泉池就在别墅院子里，很方便!我预定的二房C区别墅，后免费升级成三房B区别墅。共有20几幢别墅。

和家人一同出游，预定的时间比较晚，前台还是免费帮我保留到晚上10点。前台小哥非常热情还帮我们把行李送到房间。房间内部布置温馨，还是水暖，冬天非常暖和，院子内的小泡池是循环流水，非常干净，水温刚刚好！适合全家游玩！

酒店本身的小环境真的很不错，对得起这个价格，没套房子都是独门小院，有自己独立的汤池，个人感觉比去大温泉池子泡着舒服。房间内部配套都还不错，因为有两边父母，所以大床房都让给他们了，楼上楼下自带小院子，小朋友也喜欢。餐厅饭菜还不错，就是有点贵，开车去县城里吃只需要一半的价格。

客户要求的酒店，6500一晚四间房间的别墅，环境可以，地方大，但是软件实在不敢恭维。硬件除了家具房子，细节做的极差，开关的质量和安装工艺对我这样处女座的人来说完全不能忍受，粗枝大叶。卷轴窗帘都坏了也没换。服务除了一个所谓的管家带我们进房间和晚上8点有人过来开温泉，其他都没有。卫生状况令人堪忧，家具的隔栅里面都是灰。餐厅味道还不错。6星级的收费，3星级的水平，性价比极低极低。绝不会再来第二次！

泡完温泉发现卫生间淋雨坏了，大半夜的穿着泳裤等了一个多小时还没修好，差点感冒，难受！

从武汉过去一个小时四十分钟。周边没什么其他设施。总体满意 但是院子里池子太小了 人坐不下
