酒店周围貌似没有施工完，到处都是砖土沙石，很荒凉，可惜没拍照，否则更有说服力了。开车自驾游的，居然连个停车场都没有，让我们停在马路上！房卡都是坏的，只能插卡取电，开门都要服务员大姐来开。泡完温泉，吃完饭，已经晚上了，由于这里好荒凉，孩子很怕，不愿意住这里，于是我们打算开两个小时的夜车回家，这对于还是半个新手的老婆来说真的是挑战！结果到前台退房，一分都不退，感情我们就是中午订房的时候看了眼房间就得付全额房费，花了快四百大洋，就只挂了个眼科，前台小弟软中带硬，人生地不熟，我们只有忍气吞声灰溜溜的走了，妻子和孩子说再也不去了！

环境什么的都很好，很漂亮，唯一不太满意的是，这个天气好冷，空调制热好差，被子太薄了！

途家的直营酒店。设施本来不错，但是缺乏服务精神。我个人认为整个温泉社区都缺乏服务精神。酒店其实没开业几年，房间里很多设施已经老旧，下水生锈，水龙头一层水垢，马桶有味道，空调出风口有异味。地板的话，我们进房间时地上还有塑料制品垃圾两个。酒店服务员没有统一着装，全部着自己服装。优点是早餐还行，虽然品种不算多，但是都比较热，不是冷的。森林温泉，一人才一条浴巾（从头到尾，而且有些没素质的人，还会拿走你比较干的浴巾）。洗浴的地方，这么多人才两个吹风机。我也不知道旺季的时候怎么应付过来的。顺便说一下，我是正月初十一去的，已经不是那么多人了。服务还这样，也是醉了。估计以后不会来了
