酒店和温泉在一起，大厅直接办理住宿和换温泉票。办的湖北旅游年卡，含滛池免费泡温泉6次/年。从武汉开车过来也方便，房间设施简单，整洁干净。住酒店可以直接换好衣服下楼进去泡温泉，图的就是方便。

我们住标间300多，泡温泉是另外买票，我们带了两个孩子，老大刚刚好1米4，非要让我们给买全票，感觉一点人情味也没有，服务态度一般般，温泉场地挺小的

酒店环境一般，毕竟是老酒店了。最生气的就是办理入住后，行李箱放在房间，出门吃个饭回来，发现行李箱不见了，问前台他们说查一下，然后过了一二十分钟客房服务员才把行李箱送回来，说是以为是之前客人遗留下来的，顿时无语，我们已经办理入住了，服务员是没有权利随意进入我们房的。因为带着宝宝去的，不想在宝宝面前吵架，加上前台服务员一直在道歉，态度还不错，就算了，
