温泉配套设施比以前差太多了，淋浴龙头基本都烂掉了，洗头发的沐浴露洗发水都不全备。最重要的是，酒店内部的饮食太差！！！点的炒野鸭1不是野鸭2里面有四个鸭头3竟然还有排骨！！！！纸巾都没有！！！
推荐的原因是因为住宿环境还可以，温泉还可以。

总体还不错，现在酒店温泉套餐活动价358，到店消费也一样，说几点问题吧 。1、网上说的公交路线 在赤壁火车站坐2路应该二中下车 到长途汽车站转；2、酒店景色在冬天也不错，设施和装修有些旧了，用具还干净，总体运营比较冷清，所以有些破败的感觉，很多地方灰尘很厚；3、温泉票是一次消费，酒店客人出来也不能再进，各池子只有温度的区别，人不多，好些池子没开还是比较宽裕，蒸桑拿的座板还有钉子冒出来了；4、特别强调一点，第一次见到了实际的房车，酒店所属旅游集体放那里做推广的，果然上档次；5、吃饭只有餐厅，价格就没法了，不过味道还可以，早餐有点简单了。希望能越做越好，这么多投资没客人去也挺可惜的。
